The Bin Butler moves trash bins between your property and the curb or pickup area. It is curb-to-home trash bin assistance for homes, apartments, and offices — not trash hauling, municipal collection, or bin cleaning.
Is this trash hauling or junk removal?
No. Your trash company still collects the trash — The Bin Butler makes sure the bins are at the pickup spot when the truck arrives and back home after. Junk removal and hauling are outside the service.
Do you clean trash bins?
No, this is a move-only service. If your home needs cleaning help beyond bins, our parent company Sweep Pea Cleaning Company offers residential and commercial cleaning across the same area.
What is bin-to-curb or curb-to-home service?
Different names for the same job: bins taken from where they are stored to the curb before pickup, then returned afterward. Searchers also call it trash can valet, curbside bin help, or door-to-bin service.

How much does trash bin service cost?
There are one-time options with 24-hour notice or rush timing, recurring residential plans billed monthly, quarterly, every six months, or annually, plus apartment door-to-bin and business office-to-bin monthly plans. Every current price is shown live on the plans page.
How does billing work?
Service details are saved first, then checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Recurring plans renew automatically at the interval you chose until cancelled.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next renewal charge. Plan charges already processed are nonrefundable, as covered in the terms.
What happens if checkout gets interrupted?
Your service details are saved before checkout, so The Bin Butler can follow up and help finish setup. Service is not active until payment and service status are confirmed.

What information do you need to start?
The service form asks for your address, phone, email, HOA or access notes, gate code if needed, bin location, number of bins, pickup day for each bin, trash company, and your selected plan.
Do you handle gates, HOAs, and side yards?
Yes. Gate codes, HOA rules, side-yard paths, and bin locations are captured in the form and stay attached to your saved service record for every visit.
What if I have multiple bins or different pickup days?
The form captures a pickup day for each bin, so trash, recycling, and green-waste carts on different schedules are all tracked correctly.
Can I update my details later?
Yes. The manage-service page sends a secure link to view your saved service record, update details, and open Stripe billing management when a Stripe record exists.
